This contest will be held from 8th January and ends on 16th February 2009 or any period as may be notified by the organizer.

Only 3 simple steps:

·Write a blog entry with the theme “If I had an absolute extreme life”;

·Take a photo in the most extreme moment with any Rexona Men Absolute Protection deodorant and include with the entry; and

·Send entries to rexonaabsolute@nuffnang.com.

·Winners will be selected based on the most original, humorous, and uniquely extreme blog entry.

·The grand prize winner will win a Full Day Car Drifting Course. Winner must be within the legal driving age and posses a valid driver’s license.

·Second place winner will win a White Water Rafting Experience for two.

·Third place winner will win an Adventure Hike at Gombak Forest Reserve for four.

·10 consolation prize winners will win a Rexona Men Absolute Survival Kit each.

·This contest is available to participants over 18 years of age. Participants below 18 years of age should first obtain the consent of their parents prior to joining the contest.

·The employees of Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd, its subsidiaries and affiliates, sponsors, agencies, dealers, retailers or any company associated with a particular Contest and their immediate families are NOT eligible to participate in this Contest.

·Each contestant stands a chance to win only one (1) prize.

·Winners will be notified via email on their email address used to send the entry. Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd will not be held liable in the event the winner(s) cannot be contacted for whatever reasons after at least THREE [3] attempts and/or days by Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd or its agents to contact the winners.

·All Prizes must be collected within thirty (30) days from the date of notification ("Collection Period"). Winners are solely responsible for the collection of their Prize, and Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd shall not be obliged to give notice of the Prize collection date line. Prizes which have not been claimed within the Collection Period shall be forfeited by Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd, its agents, sponsors and representatives shall have no liability to the Winner in any respect whatsoever.

·Prizes must be claimed in person unless advises otherwise. Identification which includes a photograph will be required (examples include identification card/drivers license/passport which displays a photograph of the Contest winner).

·In special situations, and subject to the absolute discretion of Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd, a Contest winner may nominate a designated representative to collect a prize. The representative will be required to present written authorization from the Contest winner and identification which includes a photograph for both the Contest winner and their representative.

·In the event that a Contest winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd.

·All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the Contest winner, and Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. Contest winners shall comply with the terms and conditions of the prize.

·Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.

·Winners are responsible for any and all taxes payable as a result of a Prize being awarded or received.

·The Winner(s) of any Prize(s) may at the absolute discretion of Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd be required to execute a deed of release and indemnity in a form prescribed by Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd in order to receive the Prize.

·In the event of such technical error, interruption and/or failure, Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Contestant to participate in the Contest at any time. We have the right to make decisions deemed necessary.

·Contest winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) resulting from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or usage of the prizes. Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever.

·Contest winners acknowledges and agrees that it undertake the Contest at its own risk and agree to indemnify Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd, its agencies, sponsors and representatives against all costs, losses, damages, expenses and liabilities (including for loss of reputation and goodwill and professional advisors fees) and any claim arising from the Winner's own actions in any way in connection with the Contest, the Prize or a breach of the Winner of its obligations hereunder.

·Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd shall reserve the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the winners as materials for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity, without any prior notice to the winners and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.

·The Judge’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.

·By participating in this Contest, the Contestant is taken to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions herein and shall adhere to all and/or any decisions made by the Organizer.

·Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions and/or Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd’s Website Terms of Use and Notices.

·Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Contestants shall be bound to such changes.
